Pinky Pop

Hello, new here.

Anyway does anyone else pop (especially G) with their pinky or am I just strange?

Actually, I pop using all my fingers during fast slap/pop funk grooves but found it easier to pop G with my pinky instead of the traditional index finger. Is this a bad habit and should be broken...or not?

does it sound right and feel comfortable? if so, then i wouldnt say its bad

I've always slap/popped T...4, 1, 2 (1 being index...4, pinky.) when doing a funky triplet on D and/or G. It simply seems faster (least hand movement) and more natural to me. Just wondering if anyone else felt the same.
