Ok long story short.

I was plucking too hard and got tendonitis.. months ago

GOOD NEWS;; there is no more pain.... im doing physical therapy and strengthening my muscles

Bad NEWS;;

Although there is no pain when playing my finger tendon muscles have grown extremely large due to the overuse... and it seems them like dont work the way they are supposed to.. i cannot pluck very fast really

and after only 20 30 mins of playing all my muscles are so fatigued i can no longer play and they feel swollen overused...

BUT THE KEY Thing here is there is no MORE pain.... no pain at all

but i dont understand.. ive been doing strengthening exercises for a while now(2 months) and my arm is getting better but i cannot play long before the muscles fatique get tired and stiffen up...

ANy thoughts on this? should i just not play for another few months idk whats going on here..

anyone know specific exercises to strengthen the two finger muscle tendons in the right arm?

Lightbulb Well................

Even if you are not a pick user, you still might want to include one in some of your songs to give your fingers a rest?

actually dude check this out... to rotate my muscles i play all these ways

1) with a pick

2) slap style

3) two finger style

4) index finger only

5) thumb only picking

I play these ways just to rotate different muscle groups..

its like all the muscles in my forearm dont work or something its depressing idont know how else to say .. ive seen doctors and currently going to physical therapy 3x a week.. i do ice and heat every and stretching along with my strengthening exercises

adapt your technique so that your wrists are always straight on both hands. If you can remove any tension from your fingers and hands then you will have more stamina and agility. Lighten up a bit make your amp do the work. Play lighter and turn that thing up. We dont play big heavy amps so we can play them softly.

Get a good teacher and have your right hand analyzed for proper form and also
warm up slowly each time you play.
I've had problems going into a gig without playing much and not warmed up and my hands would cramp and lock up.
A steady routine is the only way to build up endurance.

Here we go again!

Where is you bass on your chest? Also, a good player lets the bass breathe on it's own. You wouldn't hug your three yr. old niece as hard as you hug your long lost old high school buddy. There's a point where plucking the string any harder will choke the sound and you'll wind up hurting yourself. But again, by your description...

Where is you bass on your chest?

try turning up and using a lighter touch.
takes getting used to like anything new, but worth it for many reasons.
