By watching videos I know that in the beginning there is a 2&6 fret stretch or something...but I'm not sure what you really do for that...I looked at some tabs and it read: 2(6)T on the A string...I don't know if you fret a note, harmonic which fret...can someone help me out?...I just started working on this piece. |

and gently place your fret hand pinky on the 6th fret of the A string and pluck the A string with your plucking hand. if you're fingers aren't long this may be difficult, i myself can barely do it. but it's defintely a lot easier than the last harmonic chord of that song tha'ts for sure. |

i.e. fret 2nd fret with left hand and rest the thumb of the right hand around the 29th fret and play with your 1st or 2nd finger on your right hand. |

at the end?! | I dont think you have to do the on on the A string. its easier and it sounds the same if you just do it on the D and the G

Yeah, I know. Bummer. But, hey, after 20+ years of playing this piece (and bass in general) I can make the stretch...almost.

Also, I found that the other way of playing the note just didn't seem to sound quite as full, but that may just be my bass, I don't know.
