hello all, first off i did do a search so shut it

I, like many before me, am learning portrait of tracy. The main problem i am having with it is in the main melody where you play those harmonic chords with fretted notes for the roots(?). The fretted note overpowers the harmonics considerably. What can i do to my right hand technique to turn down the suck (volume) on those fretted notes? Thanks.

Use a light touch on the low strings; play close to the bridge and use the bridge pickup to bring out the harmonics.
