This is not a normal poll. Instead of asking how long do you practice, I'm asking how long do you do exercises before learning/playing.

Eg. How long do you spend doing fingering exercises or picking exercises before playing a track?

I personally spend about 10-15 minutes doing fingering exercises before I start learning a song, helps to stretch my fingers out a little and makes me more flexible. For more demanding songs, I might take 20-25 minutes doing exercises.

Also Discuss:

Exercises
Learning techniques
Practice times in general

Well practicing in a sense is exercising.... Especially if you play DB like me

I don't even feel warmed up until I've been playing for a half-hour (an hour is even better). After playing for an hour, I can play better, and I'm more able to attempt more challenging lines.

A lot of my time is spent on precision and speed, because my main gig is a DM band, if my main gig was a jazz band, then what I practiced daily would be a little differnt
