Practicing "In the Pocket"

Just finished a great practice playing in a small area of the neck.
Jazz 16 bar blues in F, Bflat, G and D.

I practiced using half steps to lead the chord changes, from above and below. Got it just right where it was solid and even and free of embellishing clutter.

Feel like I have intimate knowledge of my fretboard.
Feels good.
