Something with some stock beats that you can adjust the tempo to... or anything really. I'm just looking to. I know GC has a pedal that does this but i cannot afford it, so programs be my only option. |

Sometimes I use BIAB when I'm trying to memorize a tune. |

Ever since I joined the iPod generation I've been constantly astounded by the amount of music I own that either didn't realise I had or have never heard of!
It really helps picking out intervals and is quite fun and challenging jumping from smooth jazzy funk to viking metal.

OTOH, there are a few "fake book" folders that come with the program, and you can dig through those to find a lot of songs (from jazz standards to Christina Aguilera)

These three keep me busy. And for timing , nothing 'beats' a metronome set on say just the first beat of a measure or the second and 4th beats.
