Hey there fellow bassists!
I have a question and I wasn't really sure where to put this thread but I believe that this is the best place to put it, anyways my question here is "Would this be considered a walking bass line? If not then what kind of bass line would this be?"

No, it's not really a walking bassline. Walking basslines use more chord tones and more rigid rythmic structure.

I'd call it funkish.
