I've not been playing that damn long now, but i recently got me a fairly cheap 6'er and I've been getting bit sores with my right hand. It doesnt have one of those fender like ramps on the body but anyways.
anything I can do or change my positioning?
Tips or tricks anyone?

It worked for me, and is likely to work on 5/6 strings.
Take care.
