Ring and Pinky finger lagging behind?

Anyone else had a problem with this?
does it fix itself or do I need to train these by themselves lol

You are referring to the left hand, I assume. It really comes down to practice (doesn't everything?). Its frustrating, it takes patience. You don't necessarily need to train those fingers by themselves, but at least play things that require the use of all your fingers.
