but UN Security Council sessions are extremely humorous...

you get to have a big debate, everyone has their say, you get everyone to vote on something, then if you don't like the way the voting went, you just ignore it and do whatever the hell you wanted to do in the first place

yup, it's only comedy to those who aren't on the receiving end of some genocide, which has to first be defined as such and then still nothing can be expected to be done. it's all fun and games until somebody looses an eye
