seeking webpage with slap bass patterns

I'm looking for some slap bass patterns, tabbed out.

You know, 8 or 16-note patterns that I can start playing super slowly, and by the time I can play them quickly, I'll sound like a poor man's Flea

Anyone know of any? thanks

You should be able to download it. THis training piece exhibits the open hammer pluck, which is a keystone of Victa's playing.
