| I don't know if this is what he does all the time for that, but it sounds like high gain + artificial harmonic + bending the neck.
If you don't know how to produce an artificial harmonic-
-Basically what you are doing is making a new twelfth fret(or any other stroing harmonic point), you fret a note, for example, 'c' , on the 'a' string which is fret 3, so what you do is find the 15th fret(3+12=15) and while fretting the 'c', play a harmonic using the 15th fret the same way you would use the 12th fret in open strings
