Sleazy swing sound

haha does this even exist? im looking for a sleazy swing sound to spice up some of my bass, and ideas on songs or anything on this?

I played a chart recently for the big band I am in and I think it said something like sleazy swing.
Some slides and some vibrato is what i am hearing. Slide into the major thirds as a start. use some blues licks, experiment.
