Spastic pinky

Whats up everyone, Ever since i started playing bass i would look at myself in the mirror while I was playing and i always notice that my left hand pinky is all over the place when im playing. for example when im playing a part where it only requires 3 fingers my pinky goes under my neck for some reason but when I do use my pinky my middle finger lifts up off the fret. I want too look as professional as possible when im playing but my spastic pinky is holding me back. anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to fix this?

Send a message via AIM to WhiteKong
make it a point to use your pinky every time you practice, you'll get better.

Any time my middle finger goes down to hit a note, my pinkie pops out. Seems to be uncontrolable. Tourette's pinkie.

This can be fixed with a meat cleaver or radial saw. Your choice.
