Starting to play pickstyle, which picks are good for bass?

I know that some picks are made specifically for bass guitar, but what do you guys use?

My band is starting to play some U2 and I like Jack Cassidy and Anthony Jackson's pickstyle playing as well...

so, what do you guys like or dislike when it comes to choosing a pick? Which ones are your favorite and why?
