Starting on Stanley

I was told awhile back to get into some Stanley Clarke stuff, mostly to improve myself, but I wasn't into jazz or fusion to much then. Now, however, I've gone through listening to Jaco (with or without Weather Report), Victor Wooten, Marcus Miller, etc. Now I'd like to get into some Stanley Clarke, as he was a primary influence on all of those players. My question is...what's the best place to start? I'd like to learn some of his songs, which would be good to start with? I've begun looking at School Days, and it doesn't look bad, but is there more I should be looking at?

School Days is a great song to start with. The chord progressions are not way out there and it will get you some practice with double stops. His early work with Return to Forever should be heard as well. It's some deep fusion but nonetheless educational.
