Suggestions for plucking hand exercises???

Ive been playin bass for 3 1/2 years now i started playing with a pick but about a year ago I started to play fingerstyle, the thing is that when I play a riff thats moderately fast and long my fingers get really stiff and I would really like to fix that problem, are there any exercises that can help me with this????
