sweeping/raking at 320 bpm

So i'm in a neo-classical death grunge sludge thrash grind black core metal band and im wondering what the best way to sweep/rake 64th notes at 320 bpms? I can only seem to get up to about 318 and can't break through to 320 haha...
I hate the state of metal right now and used to love it so much

are you talking bout raking or actual sweeping.

I believe that raking is going down from say the E string to the G string

I believe sweeping is going down then back up. Although there are many diffrent sweeping patterns. And It would be more difficult if your sweeping and tapping.

All I can say is practice it and you'll get it. Now Im gonna go practice my sweeps until I can do what you're trying to accomplish.

Just realized that you said sweeping at 64th notes at 320 bpm. Why does it have to be that fast. I know you won't be able to hear the sweep at all. Are you talking bout at maybe 120 bpm? That seems more appropriate for sweeping.

I was being facetious and poking fun at metal. I used to love it, and thats orriginally why I learned sweeping/raking technique but people take it way to serious now haha. I'm sorry I wasted your time on a side note it would very interesting to hear 64th notes at 320....youtube here I come
