tasteful, supportive Rockabilly bass line construction...

Hi,
I let myself get recruited to play electric bass at an event next week. The one song that I have a question about is an adaptation of Brian Setzer's "Jingle Bells." His version is so unique that I think of it as entirely his own.
Anyway, to carry it off with authenticity, it needs a Rockabilly approach. I'm a country/R&B/power pop/blues player.

Can anyone suggest some sources to help me "nail the vibe" for that song? My rig is modified P bass into Ampeg 15"

Thanks in advance.

Bill
