Unhappy Technically Stuck

Hey all,
so ive been playing bass for about four years now, and recently have been struggling to learn or improve techiniques. I consider myself an intermediate player, and am looking for a lesson or song or just something that will be a reasonable challenge and help my playing. I can slap, pluck, tap a bit and all that but am really looking to improve in all areas (rythm, endurance, speed). Things that I find are either way to hard or way to easy, and I can never find anything in between. If anyone has any ideas or knows of any specific resources that could help could you please post them...anything, weather it be a song or something specific to a technique (at the moment I am especially interested in four finger plucking, tapping, soloing etc) Thanks in advance
