LOL

It reminded me of that Yoshi's Island level where when you run into those puff-ball things it turns everything like your on acid, including the music.
Like some guy said in the comments, it sounds like a cow on acid

At the top, very right hand of every page (opposite from the TB logo) are two pictures. One is an upright player's hand, the other....

4. People who rag on pick players/think they're better than pick players. You're not better than Anthony Jackson or Jason Newstead. Ergo, shut your mouth.

+1, spot on my freind

The guitar player is just strumming away looking at him with this, "What the hell did I just get myself into?" look.

I think that what we are seeing is a shadow. If I'm reading you right, you're saying it looks like the thumb is somehow UNDER the string... it does kinda look like that, but I think we're seeing his thumb nail / a shadow and REALLY he's playing "floating thumb" technique with the thumb resting on the A string, muting the A and the E while he plays the D.

IME it's the sign of an unimaginative player who is writing all the music...but isn't the bass player.

So I got home from work and I decided to listen to it again on some decent speakers. The guitar player is totally out of tune as well! What the hell is that guy tapping on in the back? Is it a piece of cardboard? I don't know!!! What a trainwreck!!! This is the best "worst" thing I've seen or heard in a long time! I love it!

...the other appears to be a male model's lithe young hand, coached somewhat close to semi-proper form- although I suspect that before this shoot, he'd never touched a bass in his life.
