Not much about it. Your pinky is just somewhat un-coordinated.
Do string skipping exercises extremely slowly, paying very close attention to your pinky finger. Make sure it lands exactly where you want it, consistently. Then, without increasing tempo, look away. With any luck, your pinky should fall where it's supposed to. Then, up the tempo. Rinse and repeat.
