I've been playing TOP tunes for decades. A few words of advice:
If you want to
copy Rocco, buying his video may help you emulate his technique; it includes exercises that can help develop speed, stamina, articulation, and his unique ghosting technique.
If you are just trying to learn the songs (versus copy Rocco), put on your headphones (I have a Rockman Bass Ace that enables me to listen to music and my bass simultaneously) and learn each tune one phrase and transition at a time.
I generally start like Rocco says he does: simply. Don't try to embellish until after you've mastered the basic changes and rhythmic feel.
I don't think there are any TOP songs that I cover note-for-note, but when people hear me play, there is little doubt in their minds that Rocco has been an enormous influence.
IMHO, if you internalize the groove and play the right changes and rhythmic bits you'll be happier than if you attempt to slavishly attempt to emulate Rocco note-for-note.
If all else fails, I recall having seen ads for a device that enables you to play tunes at slower speeds without changing the pitch; maybe such a gizmo could help you hear exactly what Rocco's laying down.
Good luck
