Training routines

When i start to train everyday, I have always sort of played what comes to my mind. Now i'm thinking of starting to train certain things all the time, and am trying to think of a good routine or "schedule" for starting to train.
What do you guys practice? Or more so, what are good technique excersices to practice regularly. If you can come up with notation (or tabs.... :/ ), it'd be great, but verbal explanation is just as good.

granted i've been playing for 4 months but before i start playing i do scale warmups ... usually G scale and A scale .. as that will cover the widest parts of the fretboard to stretch my fingers. I'll do scales up and down .. double octaves ... some arpeggios .. then run up and down one string with 3 notes of a scale going faster and faster ..

i also came across this tab at bassmasta.net

G---------------1-3-4-3-1---------------
D-----------1-3-----------3-1-----------
A-----1-2-3-------------------3-2-1-----
E-1-4-------------------------------4-1-

this one really stretches the fingers and it sounds pretty neat.. try to stay in the same position with it.

This tab is the first position of a Blues scale in the key of F. Learning it and playing it accurately and quickly is very good. Both for technique and for improvisation!

I made this T-PIG (Theory Practice Idea Generator) based on a post tim99 made once here on TB. This can be used to (as the name implies) generate practice ideas, but will only be good if you have some theory background. The arrows are magnetic (as is the sheet they're stuck on) so I can move methodically through the keys or scale types without losing my place.
