Find one that is comfortable but make sure you are using the right angle. D'Arradario is what i always used. Look this is not rocket science. Buy a bunch of picks and work it. I mean it has always been rumoured Chris Squire used a coin for some sessions. Perhaps one of those bass myths.
He did indeed use a quarter on a couple albums...I saw an interview with him years ago. He also used metal pics.
