Does anybody know of a good Bass video or Book that has challenging technique to learn ? Just trying to master my technique. thanks

This is one of the best IMO. It covers basic technique. It does not however cover slap, tap etc.

I am trying to find advance technique only.. is this a video for beginners ? Thanks
