Practice.

What you need to do is get all your left-hand fingers to strike with the same force. That takes strength and control, and that only comes with practice.

Devise yourself some routine that utilizes all of the fingers of your left hand. It doesn't need to be complex, dextrous, or fast; all that will come later.
