Can you give my some warmup exercises?
like on the stage before the show
not a simple exercise like 1,2,3,4 on every string
exercise that spread your hand on the fret board

Hi Hookha,
For my warm ups, before the gig or practice, I usually do scales, modes to get things going

3 octave scales, modes and arpeggions. I do scales the order (12345678) and by thirds (up:13243546576878 down:867564534231271). All modes, scales, keys etc (major, minor, dorian, locrian, blues, bebop, pentatonics, whole tone, diminished, chromatic, etc), and all kids of arpegios in 3 octaves (m, M, M7, m7, 7, dim7, mM7, m7(add6), 6/9, etc. ) Three octaves really gets you moving around on the neck.

And don't forget to stretch those tendonds and muscles in your fingers and forearms.
