Warmup Routine

Looking for a good warmup routine...
I find that certain days I am more technical - cleaner - than others. I'm thinking it may have to do with how I warmup. Anyone have a warmup that loosens all the right parts?

Warming up...Some people have these elaborate warmup regimens that make no sense to me. When you're warming up, there is one thing you're trying to accomplish, and that's getting your fingers loosened up. You don't need an elaborate regimen to warm up. Just play easy for a few minutes and use all your fingers. Maybe run a few scales, maybe run a few exercises. There's not a lot to it. Just don't start out playing top speed, take it easy, and use all your fingers. Then you're warmed up. Simple as that.
