What Do You Use Your High C For?

I am wondering how everyone uses their high c string when they play.

I usually use it for solos, that extended range is the only thing its good for.

I have an F string and dont know how to use it know damnit.

I use mine mainly for harmonics and chords, but occasionaly I'll do a lick that uses it instead of going really high on the neck...

having the high C makes me play chords on bass a lot more. and tapping solos don't get better. plus being able to play notes in different fret positions kick ass, not having to climb all the way up the neck all the time for those licks

i use it for higher notes in a single hand position. with 6 strings, it is a real advantage getting 2 full octaves in one position.

i use hi-c (the drink) to make my pee look yella...

High C String Usage

I use the high C string on both of my5 string EUBS (that have 41 1/2 " Scale lengths) primarily to keep from having to spend a lot of time and effort up high in the thumb position while soloing.

WOW! 41.5" scale length! That must sound like a piano. I love 36", but 41.5" that's something! Got any pix?
