It also sounds like he's playing a fretless, which can add a more vocal "warbling." |

If it's not a fretless, then I'd venture that he's using some compression- the squelching can give an almost fretless-like tone. Also, if it's not fretless, he needs to do some setup work on his bass, because the intonation is off in spots. |

That sound he's playing sound cool and diffrent. I do not thinkhis bass is off because the rest of his songs sound normal and ok. He using some kind of technic he's not telling or he's just gifted

There's no special techniques going on there. Also, having your intonation off is a bad thing- it means that the notes are out of tune. This can happen either by not having your intonation set up properly on your bass resulting in the notes being more and more out of tune the further you go up the neck, or by playing fretless wherein a slightly off fretting will result in an out of tune note. Once you develop your ears to hear in tune, it's actually a little painful to hear out of tune notes.
It's good that you like it, but you should be aware that he's not playing anything particularly special or different. |

One of the best bass players to ever live, and he does quite a lot of palm muting when playing Latin stuff. |
