What are some good sight reading books?

I'm learning to sight read and am looking for some good instructional books, possibly with audio cd's.

I think the best way to build up your sight reading ability is to just try and read through everything you can get your hands on. So if there's some books of different albums or something, see if you can get some of those.

But if anyone has anything more specific, I'd like to hear it as well.

The Berklee bass sight-reading book is very good! and Easy to get a hold of.

By far the best one of the several I have is Ron Velosky's "Sight Reading for the Bass".

No CD, but very well organized.

I have been using books intended for upright. They lack CD's, but there are tons of them, and on the cheap. I get them from J.W. Pepper & Sons. They have a web site. Check them out.
