Where the right hand hits the string, string tension fix.

So, to get all my string to feel the same I have been playing closer to the bridge on the B string and I keep my hand at a slight angle so that if I move to the E string I am a little closer to the Neck.
Anyone do something similar?

I do. It works wonders.

I used to, but i noticed that the note changes shape depending on where you hit it, so for certain purposes, i do it, but to maintain consistant, I stay in one general area, normally above the ramp, near the bridge, or over the 22nd fret for some soft walking stuff.
