So can anyone describe/tab out out what he starts doing at 3:25?

He's tapping out the low notes with his left hand and playing the rhythmic figure on the upper strings with his right.

Yea thats a neat little riff.. It's easy to figure out what hes doing with his left hand. it's all about the right hand technique.

I can't look at him playing without thinking he's such a poseur. Not that he is, but it the emotions on his face just make it seem like he's trying too hard. Like guitarists who get on their knees and cry during a solo.

Nobody tell him I said that. I might want his autograph some day.

Read this and then think about the comment you made about him "trying too hard". He lives and understands the spirituality of bass playing, something that not many people can do.
