This gentleman apparently found a way around the usual and worked with what he has - (or has not).
A lesson to be learned here for some of us, and it doesn't require lots of schooling, just an inventive mind.

Focused practice with good technique will help you overcome most obstacles. This should be posted in every thread where someone asks if their hands are too small to play the bass, or if they are a lost cause because of an issue they have.
