I have a question concerning pre-play warm up. When playing, i seem to the severe pains in both wrists, but the pain seems to go away after say, half an hour to an hour of playing. I've been playing for about 3 years now, so i figure if my wrist muscles haven't got strong enough by now, I'm obviously not working them hard enough. My question is, are there any good excercises you can do before say, playing a gig or just a jam session, that will warm up the wrist musclues and eventually strengthen them? |
