Hi im a beginner to bass and am worried about injuries on my left hand (fretting hand because im right handed) when im playing the E string my wrist is always bent and i find it really hard to play it without a bent wrist, firstly i was wondering how much any of you guys bend your wrists playing the E string and secondly, as a beginner, i felt some shootin pains in my wrist earlier, and i know this isnt right and could end in injury, but i was just wandering if its sumthing to do with me being a beginner, or with bending my wrist too much...........Cheers
