Wrist pain..not sharp, blunt..

Okay so Ive been playing for a long time and only recently has my wrist begun to fell something.

IM going to get it checked out but in case anybody here has info, please post.

Its not a sharp pain, its kinda like a mushy, sore, over used muscle feeling, like a ring around my wrist. My pinky and fore finger, will feel over used too. No sharpness no needles, just that sore muscle cause youre sick feeling.

No matter what playing position I ever had, I always had a bent wrist to some degree. I could never escape that.

I do pushups, but I make a fist when I do. so My wrists arent bent..Ill also do pushups holding my free weights. And I do some wrist excersizes, but I dont over due it.

This is the first time in a long time that I am playing a lot...I wonder if I need to do some more stretching????
