Anyone ever hear of this or see this? What's the point? | Why would I want to do that?

Although if you do grease up your strings, you could like her: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oI_lRB-ezC4

Anyone ever hear of this or see this? What's the point? | Given the season it's probably a simple case of too much booze and not enough water. Or... He's a wierdo with 80's reunion hair metal band envy. Either way he's in trouble. Did they cover "Every Rose"? |

He would play a little something special (he had pretty good chops) and then look around the room, checking to see if anyone was visibly impressed.
What really made it out of place was that this was a Tom Petty tribute band.

Anyone ever hear of this or see this? What's the point? | May he had some LSD residue on his strings he was trying to get off.
