I would have to say Fm!

I love how Bb and Eb sound in first position on my Warrior. Great punch.

D major or minor - I just love being able to do the D + G string drone thing where you use the open D as a drone and play melodically on the G. Very sitar-esque!

It has little to do with the actual key and more with the strings. If I were to tune my instrument up or down a whole step, my answer would change to either E or C, major or minor respectively. It's messing around on the upper 2 strings that I enjoy so much.
