How do you play your bass and which is your favourite way?
I use my fingers but Ilove slapping because the sound is great but when I am playing stuff like Greenday I use a pick.

You may want to check the "Technique" forum here. This poll and topic have been done many, many, many times before.

don't worry I always seem to start discussions and polls that have been flogged to death oh well live and learn.

anyway, their sould be a spot that says; both pluckin' and slappin'. I will venture a guess and say alot of folks here do both. on some songs I'll put on a thumb pick and pick and pluck in the same song. oh yeah welcome to TB

Sigh. Wrong forum.

Closed and moved to Technique, where I doubt it will be reopened.
