I bought this string here about a week ago and have had 1 rehearsal and 2 gigs with it. It is fat, punchy and loud. I used a good condenser mic on the gigs and it amplified nicely. I took it off to put on my brand new Gamut wound A. I paid 150.00 for it and will knock off 25.00, so 125.00 shipped. Paypal only. Or trade for Gamut or DD wound E or A. This is a very well made string, probably the pinnacle of gut string manufacture and I wont be dissapointed to keep it. John
