*SOLD* Bass - Fixer Upper!!!

Greetings,

I have here a Hamburg Semi-Carved 3/4 Upright. Pervious to it's damage it was a very clean, mellow sounding bass which treated me very kindly I my first two years of earning a degree in Jazz and Classical Performance. its a very good bass for a beginner or casual performer. Now the bad news....the bass took a bad fall last year and fell bridge first, putting multiple cracks along the top of the bass. This is great bass and I think its perfect for anybody getting into being a luthier or would enjoy a nice woodworking project. Would be great to see this go to a good home!

Pics Here (not for the bass squeamish...haha)

I'd be willing to drive around the Philly Area to deliver....if not the buyer would pay for shipping.

Starting Price: 300 USD (Open to Negotiation)

Peace,
Greg O

I am interested, would you be willing to ship UPS to 29681? Or to check into how much it would cost, what size box, etc...

Thanks,
Brian

PM Answered.

Also Brian I have looked around the forums on the best way to ship and it seems that shipping the bass in a bag with a cardboard reinforced cardboard box is a popular option the is relatively affordable. (Around 100).

Interested in your fixer upper, I live in South Jersey and would welcome the challenge of making her sing again.

I can meet you in the Philly area, I can offer $250.

Thanks
