Francois,

I know you'd probably rather have this confirmed directly from the seller, but I talked with him last night and it IS still for sale.

Also for anyone interested, Matthew said he would have this bass with him at SPBGMA next weekend in Nashville, TN.

This is a really good deal!

Wow! I can't beleieve that this bass is still unsold at this price. All of the old Kings that I've ever played could mop up the floor with all the overpriced Kays out there.

Hey, sounds interesting.

I emailed you at your Hotmail account yesterday, but didn't hear back.

Got to play this bass yesterday and meet Matthew. Nice bass, nice guy. Good bargain, however, it wasn't what I needed. Someone should jump on this one though.

Hi Matthew -

Thanks for your PM the other day. By an amazing coincidence, a '40's King came up locally over the weekend for the same $ so i pounced. I'll probably remain curious about how yours sounds, and i thank you for your willingness to drive.

Good luck and good drummers!

Somebody needs to jump on this one. I played it in Nashville last weekend and if I didn't already have 3 upright basses (plus a coffee table) I'd probably take it home.

There were no issues that I could see and strung with Supernils, it was right there with my bass strung with guts.
