| *SOLD* FS/FT Strings - Eudoxas y mas I’m releasing some heft from my string drawer! A few slices of fried gold, some garage sale curiosities and a good deal for a student.
All prices include PayPal fees and normal US snail mail. International shipping, faster service, etc has to be agreed upon in advance.
EUDOXAS - A, D and G only. I put these on today because I thought I should try them before I sold them. The A and D are in good shape, nothing looks out of sorts. VERY COOL STRINGS. I see why people love these. If I was in a gut phase, I'd be using them. PM me, if you want impressions. I didn't install the G, I can see Gut peeking through the windings, it would fine to see if you liked it, but it should be considered test and discard. Save $ and buy a new E and G or pair with a Spirocore E and OLIV or Evah G and you're good to go. I don’t really know what to ask for these, but how about $40? (Of course you can take the free Jargar G below and I may have another Pirastro G to sweeten the pot with by the time the deals done. Still working through my drawer.
BONUS – I have some type of Jargar G string that was once owned by the legendary player and moderator Francois. It has been cut to some length too short to string onto my bass, so I can’t comment on it’s sound, but it’s vibe is outta this world! Free with any other deal by mentioning promotional code “Penn65000”.
***SOLD***EVAH PIRAZZI WEICHS – Honestly have been on my bass for a week, search my posts on them for my impressions. Uncut of course. I’d call them “Driven off of the showroom, but otherwise new condition”. This is the string everyone wants right now. Retail on them is $190 + shipping. Let’s say $140.
***SOLD***SuperSensitive Red Labels “Regular” (who knew they'd be the first to go?)
It looks like the E and A were installed, on what and for how long, I don’t know. The D and G have not ever been on a bass. The pricetag on them says $105.95. It’s hard to say why I have these, but it is a good story. I’ll save you the words, though…how about $25?
