It's with a very heavy heart that I put my new DB up for sale. Some serious financial issues have arisen and I can't even afford lessons right now. It has very little play time on it and it's in brand new condition. I knew when I received it that I probably wouldn't be able to keep it, so I've probably only played it for an hour or two at most. I'm amazed by how much it opened up after only very little play time. It's already singing nicely.
The Bass is absolutely stunning in person! The thick spruce top is just plain gorgeous and it has some very nice flame on the back. I had it stained a little bit darker than usual and it turned out great; I really wish I could keep it.

Price: I'm asking $5900 for now. That saves around $700 on a brand new Double Bass for anyone local. It would have more play time just sitting in shop. I'm willing to entertain partial trade offers for the right bass guitar or guitar, but I need at least half the asking price in cash.
