*SOLD* FS: Unstamped Snakewood German bass bow, 159g, *PRICE DROP*

Up for sale is an unstamped snakewood German bass bow that probably originated in China. The bow weights 159g, making it on the heavier side of bows due to the fact it's made of snakewood which is denser than pernambuco. The bow has a very focused sound which would be great for solo playing (see Joel Quarrington who plays on snakewood and ironwood bows), but is surprisingly versatile and can bounce very well. The length of the bow is 30 inches from tip to button and 22.75 inches of bow hair length. The stick is round and the frog is in the Viennese style. The bow has a very beautiful grain that was hard to capture in pictures. I'm asking $280 $180 $100 for the bow. Please PM me if you're interested or have any additional questions or would like more photos. Thanks!

Very nice that you included a shot looking down the bow to indicate its trueness. More folks should do that!
