An ex-bass player friend of mine is selling his bass. It's a really nice 7/8 1978 German Hofner carved bass with a big warm sound, even with the old steel strings he has on it. Heinl's appraised the bass around 12,000, and I think he's looking for that much but I'm sure he'll take offers. PM me and I can give you his info and some photos.
