*SOLD* Meisel 3/4 double bass for sale

3/4 Meisel laminate bass. Circa 1950 or 1960 I think. It has great tone and is very "playable." A great entry level bass for someone who wants to try all different styles. the plywood/laminate construction makes it perfect for taking out to gigs and being out in the weather. Package comes with bass, german bow, bass stand, almost new bass bag, and a small practice amp.
This bass is in good shape for being as old as it is, with very few surface scratches to the finish and one or two very small "dings." It did have some damage to it when I aquired it, (see close up) but repairs were done by a professional luthier. It has played well for many years. I played for a few years and then put it away while "life" took over, and just recently (4 years ago) started playing again.
$1400.00 for the whole package. You can contact me here thru "talkbass," or call me at: 206-265-9605

Hey Cyanure,
Thanks for the support. there's always shipping, but it would add greatly to the cost.
